Reservation indicates acceptance of our Policies

Signed Agreement and Guest Contact Form is required with Guests info and acceptance of House Rules.

Check in is 4pm - Check out is 10am 

  1. When you book your reservation, complete the Guest Contact Form, and Sign the Renter Agreement you have agreed to all the house rules and policies, and your reservation is completed.

    Prior to Check-in, you are required to complete our Guest Contact Form. This form includes;
    *Main Guest Email, Names of each Adult Guest + Kids names & ages. Fee
    adjusted if # of Guest increase from the original booking. 
    *Copy of Driver’s License for each Adult required, by check-in. 
    *Vehicle(s) Make/Model
    *Pet information if Applicable
    *Separate contract/rates for events/parties
    *Got extra Guest(s)? Talk to us 1st, & we will adjust the fee.

  2. Indicate upon reservation: Any Adaptive Needs; Allergies, other needs.

  3. Pet-Friendly Cabin & Lodge with a HEPA Fee and Signed Renters Agreement. Max 2 pets under 100lbs,
    spayed or neutered, and up to date on rabies vacations.

  4. Upon arrival Check-in, you will receive our Orientation, Keys & sign Agreement. We will ask about a
    photo release option to post photos on website, Facebook, or Instagram

  5. Smoking is NOT allowed inside rentals only in outside designated areas.

  6. No weapons or fireworks on property.

  7. Keep outside doors & windows closed if HVAC is running.

  8. Please Conserve well water using paper products provided & quick showers. Wash
    cars in town.

  9. Damages: A Security Deposit will be required to rent our Cabin or Lodge. It will be requested prior to
    your arrival. Guest, making reservation, is responsible for broken, damaged &/or missing furniture, linen,
    rugs, décor. Replacement, repair, or extra cleaning charged to credit card on-File.

  10. Cancellation Policy is Strict.No exceptions. Consider purchasing Travelers Cancellation insurance.
    Intended to be fair to our guests yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Due to our small size,
    cancellations do affect us significantly. Once we reserve a room(s) for you, we remove it from the
    market, refusing all other requests. Consider Travel Insurance.

  11. Release: Payment ensures acceptance of these policies, Guests agree to indemnify, defend & hold
    harmless the owners of Dragonhead Retreat & its representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation,
    judgments, costs, & attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guests & occupants, &
    licensees of Guests. Owner recommends that Guests obtain & carry insurance to protect personal
    property. Guests or their personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the property owners
    against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, trees, rocks, water, criminal or negligent acts
    of others, or any other.

  12. Be kind to our, outside only, welcome dog and cat.

  13. Policies: When you complete your Booking, Guest Contact Form, and Sign Renters Agreement that you
    agree to all House Rules and policies your reservation is completed.

  14. CONTACT us immediately, to address comfort, safety & maintenance questions.

We live on property, though you’ll rarely see us, we welcome you to come make memories at Dragonhead Retreat.
